The exercises, checklists, and written notes are offered for general educational reflection. They are not a substitute for professional, technical, legal, medical, or safety advice. Animation tools, studio environments, materials, and hardware vary; use sound judgment and follow instructions from the relevant equipment makers or supervisors.

You may use the ideas in this journal for your own study and practice. Do not present Posecraft Workshop text, imagery, or branding as your own publication. Please do not copy substantial portions of the site into another course, product, or publication without prior written permission.
